Tianrui Outdoor manufactures this Wheeled Cooler Bag and accepts OEM/ODM orders. It features a dual-compartment design, with a cooling section capable of holding 80–100 beverage cans. It is equipped with four large, detachable wheels that offer 360° rotation and a braking function; the base is also detachable, allowing it to be used independently as a shopping cart or utility trolley. Cooling and material structure
The 50L Wheeled Cooler Bag has two layers. The upper layer can hold food. The lower layer holds ice packs or ice for drinks, fruit, and other items.
The body uses a five-layer structure:
- 900D tear-resistant Oxford fabric
- PVC water-repellent layer
- 10mm EPE foam
- 210D lining
- Food-grade PEVA inner layer
Internal testing shows cooling retention of up to 18 hours under specified conditions. Actual time depends on ambient temperature, ice volume, load, and opening frequency.
The Waterproof Wheeled Cooler Bag is water-repellent. It is not designed for long rain exposure or immersion.
Wheels, base, and handle
Four large detachable wheels, 360° rotation, with brakes. The brakes help hold the bag in place when parked.
Detachable base. It can be used as a shopping cart or transport cart. Two elastic straps are included for securing items.
Aluminum telescopic handle with anti-rust coating. Designed to resist sweat and moisture.
Base metal square tube. Internal load test: 100 lb. Actual load depends on load distribution, surface, and use conditions.
QC, testing, and documents
QC covers incoming material inspection, in-line inspection, and final inspection before shipment. Third-party inspection is accepted. Test reports and inspection records can be provided on request.
If specific tests are required, such as cooling retention, wheel rolling, brake function, handle load, fabric tensile, or colorfastness, these can be confirmed at the sampling stage.
Certifications/audits include ISO 9001 quality management certification, BSCI social compliance audits, and GRS certification for applicable recycled-material supply chains.
