Design and carrying options
- Rolling Insulated Cooler Bag body and trolley system can be separated for easier carrying and storage.
- Bag body can be folded when not in use to reduce storage space.

Insulation and storage
The 30L Insulated Rolling Cooler Bag has a large main compartment that can hold up to 42 cans. A front pocket and side mesh pockets can store towels, bottle openers, tissues, and phones.
The liner combines PET aluminized film with high-density XPE closed-cell insulation foam. This structure provides insulation and water resistance. The inner liner is easy to clean; wipe with a damp cloth.
Production details
Double zipper: Tested for 10,000 open-close cycles without jamming or pull-tab breakage under internal test conditions. Test details can be provided on request.
Transparent shock-absorbing wheels: TPU wheels tested on uneven surfaces for shock absorption.
Top cross elastic bungee cord: Adjustable to secure different loads.
QC and compliance
QC steps cover material intake, in-line checks, and pre-shipment inspection. Third-party inspection is accepted. Test reports and inspection records can be provided on request. If specific test standards are required, such as cooling performance, zipper cycle, wheel rolling, or fabric tensile, these can be confirmed at the sampling stage.
Customization and ordering
OEM and ODM services are supported. Customization includes material, size, hardware, function, structure, logo, and packaging. Paid samples are available. Sample fee can be refunded after bulk order confirmation. Before bulk production, please confirm dimensions, liner, wheel type, handle, logo method, packaging, and inspection standard.
