Cooling performance and liner
The Portable Beach Cooler Trolley Bags uses a 4-layer thickened insulation structure and a leak-resistant EVA liner. In internal testing, it can keep contents cool for up to 16 hours. Actual cooling time depends on ambient temperature, load, opening frequency, and initial ice or coolant volume.
The liner uses a seamless heat-pressed process rather than sewing. This construction is designed to be leak-resistant under normal use and proper sealing. If you need a specific leak or cooling test, please confirm the test method and pass criteria at the sampling stage.
