Tianrui Outdoor manufactures this Rolling Cooler Trolley Bag designed for OEM/ODM projects. It features a 50-liter capacity and a detachable base; the main insulated unit can be used independently, while the base functions as a trolley, combining to form a complete wheeled cooler. Insulation and liner construction
The cooler Trolley bag uses a five-layer insulation design. Internal testing indicates a cooling retention of up to 12 hours under specified conditions. Actual performance depends on ambient temperature, ice pack volume, load, and opening frequency.
The PEVA liner is joined by a seamless heat-pressed process. This construction is intended to reduce leakage under normal upright use and help extend insulation time. Do not invert or soak the bag for long periods. If a specific leak test is required, the test method and pass criteria can be confirmed at the sampling stage.
3-in-1 use
Cooler body alone: use as an insulated cooler.
Base alone: use as a hand trolley.
Combined: use as a full rolling cooler.
The trolley base has been tested internally to support up to 110 lb (approx. 50 kg). Actual load capacity depends on load distribution, surface, and use conditions. The 70mm wheels are designed to roll on grass and stone paths. A durable stainless steel bottle opener is included. The bag can be pulled or carried by its dual handles.
