Storage Layout
The Shockproof Wheeled Tool Bag uses a full-open, three-dimensional storage design. It includes a main compartment, zippered pockets, and insert pockets. In addition to standard tools, side pockets can hold tape measures, water bottles, and small items. A separate laptop compartment is also included.

Carrying Comfort and Shock Absorption
The back panel and shoulder straps use breathable, thickened foam padding. This design is intended to reduce pressure on the waist and shoulders during extended carrying. The padding is shock-absorbing, but actual comfort depends on total load, carrying time, and body posture.
Moisture Protection
The bag body uses water-resistant fabric with a water-repellent finish. It helps block light rain and splashes and protects tools from moisture. The plastic base allows the bag to be placed on damp ground and helps prevent the bag body from getting wet.
This bag is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. Seams, zippers, and stitching may allow water to pass through. It is not designed for long-term rain exposure or immersion.
Wheel and Handle System
- Five swivel wheels: 360° steering for pulling and pushing.
- Telescopic handle: thickened two-section adjustable handle. In internal testing, it has undergone 5,000 extension and retraction cycles. Handle stability depends on load and use conditions.
- Durable carry handle: reinforced webbing stitching helps reduce the risk of seam failure when carrying heavy tools.
Quality Control & Testing
Regular production checks include incoming material inspection, in-line production inspection, and final quality inspection. Drop test, zipper test, load test, wheel rolling test, and handle cycle test can be performed when necessary. Third-party inspection is supported. SGS, ITS, BV, and other third-party inspection agencies are acceptable. Test reports and inspection records can be provided upon request.
