Materials and Water Resistance
The Waterproof Rolling Tool Bag body uses 1680D polyester. The inner layer has a PVC coating. This construction is water-resistant and helps keep tools dry in light rain or splashes. It is not fully waterproof. Seams, zippers, and stitching may allow water to pass through. It is not designed for long-term rain exposure or immersion. If a higher water resistance level is needed, coating, seam sealing, or zipper treatment can be discussed at the sampling stage.
Trolley Handle and Wheels
The telescopic handle has a two-section press-button design. It can be adjusted for different heights. In internal testing, the handle is designed to support up to 60 kg under specified conditions. Handle load capacity depends on total load and use conditions.
The wheels are designed for smooth rolling. Internal testing includes repeated back-and-forth pulling over 1,000 cycles. Wheel performance depends on load, surface, and speed. Test conditions can be confirmed if third-party data is required.
Production Details
Hidden handle compartment: The zippered handle compartment keeps the handle clean and reduces storage space when not in use.
Reinforced base: Multiple rivets at the bottom help improve durability.
OEM/ODM & Ordering
Customization includes fabric, color, size, functional structure, logo, and packaging. MOQ is 500 – 1,000 pcs per color for regular products. Custom fabric/components start from 10,000 pcs, subject to material MOQ. Sample time is 7 – 10 days. Regular lead time is 30 – 45 days. Lead time depends on order quantity and material availability.
