Appearance and printing authorization
The Trolley School Backpack uses a gradient macaron color scheme, Stitch cartoon artwork, a pink trolley handle, and glitter-style wheels. It is aimed at primary school girls. Colors, patterns, and handle details can be changed.
The factory states it holds a Disney ILS audit report and FAMA production authorization. This allows legal printing of Disney IP patterns within the authorized factory and product scope. Buyers should verify the certificate copies and authorized scope before placing an order. For non-Disney or buyer-supplied artwork, valid rights or authorization must be provided.
Back support and carrying comfort
- Shoulder straps: breathable thickened foam padding.
- Back panel: honeycomb breathable mesh foam.

Load-relief back system: full-panel thickened foam helps prevent the trolley frame from pressing directly against the back.

PVC-tooth zipper with two-way opening. Designed for repeated opening and closing without jamming under normal use.
Wear-resistant silent wheels
Two fixed wheels. Internal rolling test on stone and sandy paths showed no obvious wear under specified conditions. Actual performance depends on load, surface, and pulling speed.

Safety checks and compliance
Factory inspection includes incoming material inspection, in-line production inspection, and final quality inspection. Drop test, zipper test, load test, and wheel rolling test can be arranged when required. Inspections by SGS, ITS, BV, or other agencies can also be arranged.
Textile testing can be arranged for formaldehyde, odor, and other children’s product safety requirements. Final compliance depends on test results for the specific fabric, coating, print, and color.
Water resistance: water-resistant for light rain and splashes. Not fully waterproof. Seams, zippers, and stitching may allow water through.

Does the fabric have odor or formaldehyde?
Textile testing can be arranged. The goal is to meet children’s product safety requirements for odor and formaldehyde. Final compliance depends on test results for the actual fabric, coating, print, and color.
Will the printed pattern fade?
The pattern uses dye-sublimation printing. The ink penetrates the fibers, so it is designed to resist fading and abrasion under normal use. Specific washing or abrasion test requirements can be confirmed at sampling.
Does the trolley frame press into the back?
The back panel uses full-panel thickened foam. This is intended to keep the trolley frame from pressing directly against the back. Comfort depends on load, child height, and carrying time.
Can we change colors and cartoon patterns for OEM orders?
Yes. Colors and patterns can be customized. Licensed or third-party cartoon artwork requires valid authorization from the IP owner or buyer.
Is the backpack waterproof?
It is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. It helps with light rain and splashes. Seams, zippers, and stitching may allow water through.
Can the bag be used without the trolley frame?
