Durable and water-resistant construction

The Waterproof Outdoor Trolley Duffel is made of 1680D polyester fabric, which is tear-resistant and water-resistant. It has a reinforced water-resistant bottom to help protect items from ground moisture.

Important: This bag is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. Stitching, zippers and seams may allow water to seep through under prolonged rain or soaking. If a higher waterproof level is required, the coating, seam sealing and zipper construction should be confirmed separately.

Easy-standing design

When both hands are off the bag, it can stand vertically on the floor, making it easier to load, unload or access items.

Two-in-one design for dragging and carrying

The bag can be dragged in airports and outdoor areas, and carried by hand when going up stairs, through security checks or when placing it in a car trunk. It can be flexibly switched between dragging and carrying.

The Outdoor Rolling Duffel Bag is suitable for sports, camping, weekend trips, airport travel and other outdoor scenarios.

Material and Process Description

1680D polyester fiber usually has good wear resistance and tear resistance, making it suitable for travel, sports and camping use.

The water-resistant bottom is generally used to prevent moisture from entering the bag from the ground. However, stitching, zippers and seams may still allow water to seep through. For short periods of light rain or damp ground, this structure usually can handle it. For prolonged exposure to rain or soaking, the waterproof process needs to be confirmed separately.

SBS zippers are a common brand of zippers. When used with webbing, they can help disperse tension. The specific materials, load-bearing capacity and test frequencies of the handles and wheels can be provided as corresponding test data or samples upon customer request.

Production Details

Handle storage compartment: When the handle is not in use, it can be hidden for storage, which is both aesthetically pleasing and dust-proof.

High-quality zipper: Using SBS zipper and combined with wear-resistant webbing extension, the opening and closing is smooth.

Thickened handle: The widened and thickened handle does not pinch the hand when carrying heavy objects.

Quality inspection process

The regular production process includes:

• Finished product appearance and function inspection
• Packaging inspection

Before shipment, third-party inspection can be arranged according to customer requirements. If the customer has specified test standards, the test items can be confirmed during the sample-making stage.

• Sample making: regular sample time is 7–10 days
• Sample confirmation: after the customer confirms the sample, bulk production is arranged
