Compartments and laptop protection

The Trolley Bag For Laptop has two main sections.

• Main compartment: for books, clothing, lunch boxes, and daily items.
• Independent large compartment with elastic strap: for a laptop, iPad, drawing tablet, or similar devices.
• Front compartment: for pens, USB drives, earphones, charging cables, keys, and small items.

The padded laptop compartment fits 15.6–17 inch laptops. It is designed for daily business use and gaming laptops. Please confirm your device size before ordering.

Standing design and wheels

The Impact-Resistant Laptop Trolley Bag has a wear-resistant edge strip at the bottom and off-road pattern wheels. These are intended to protect the bag body when pulled over uneven ground. When upright, the base helps support the bag and reduce tipping.

Wheel performance depends on load, surface, and speed.

Carry system

The shoulder straps use thickened foam padding to spread weight and reduce pressure during carrying. The bag can be used in two ways: carried as a backpack or pulled with the trolley handle. This suits commuting, business travel, and school use.

Trolley and zipper details

Two-way zipper: Anti-burst two-way zipper. Internal testing includes 5,000 open-close cycles. It is designed to stay smooth and resist derailing under normal use.

T-shaped press-button telescopic handle: Handle height is 55 cm, with multiple adjustable positions for different heights.

Dual-side compression straps: Adjustable straps help secure contents. The buckles are designed to hold firmly and resist loosening.

Fabric and water resistance

The Laptop Roller Bag body has splash-resistant performance. For a higher water resistance level, custom waterproof fabric and water-resistant hardware treatment can be discussed at the sampling stage.

This bag is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. Seams, zippers, and stitching may allow water through. It is not designed for long rain exposure or immersion.

QC and testing

Regular production checks include incoming material inspection, in-line inspection, and final inspection before shipment. Zipper cycle, wheel rolling, handle extension, load, and colorfastness tests can be arranged when required.

Third-party inspection is accepted. Test reports and inspection records can be provided on request.

OEM/ODM notes

Customization covers size, color, fabric, logo, structure, lock, wheel type, handle, and packaging. Logo methods include silk print, embroidery, and rubber patch.
