Structure and expandability
The Large Expandable Travel Bag has one large main compartment, two front compartments, and one back compartment. The main body can be expanded to increase packing capacity. This is useful for longer trips or when carrying clothing for more than one person.

The handle is adjustable and designed to stay stable during pulling. Handle height and tube material can be customized.
Dual carry handles
Top and side handles are designed for lifting on stairs and at security checks. Handle attachment and reinforcement can be confirmed against your load requirement.
Fabric, weather and limits
The Expandable Large Capacity Travel Bag uses 1680D polyester. It is water-resistant for light rain and splashes. It is not fully waterproof. Seams, zippers, and stitching may allow water to pass through. It is not designed for long rain exposure or immersion. If a higher water resistance level is needed, coating, seam sealing, or zipper treatment can be discussed at the sampling stage.

Elastic bungee cord
Used to secure irregular-shaped outdoor gear. Internal pull testing: over 1,000 cycles under specified load. Test conditions and pass criteria can be provided on request.
TSA lock
The lock body is designed to resist forced pulling. It is intended to meet applicable international security check requirements. Please confirm lock specification and destination market requirements before ordering.
QC, testing and customization
QC covers incoming material inspection, in-line inspection, and final inspection before shipment. Third-party inspection is accepted. Test reports and inspection records can be provided on request.
